The last few weeks, Michel and I are spending quite some time playing the Star Wars game on the Wii. I don't know anything about Star Wars, but I like the game, although Michel has to warn me sometimes that I'm shooting or hitting the good guys. Anyway, it's fun to play this together and come up with ideas for solutions together. Still doing quite a lot of Wii Sports, mostly before or after my 30 minutes on the hometrainer. Since I have my Ipod, it's not so bad anymore. I used to read on the hometrainer, but then I noticed my speed was going down a lot. Today, I also decided to spend a little money on other Wii games as I received the money for my dance classes of the last month. So I ordered Sports Party (which is going to be released this Friday), Super Mario Galaxy (because I loved playing Mario games as a kid and I'm hoping this one is going to be fun) and Dancing Stage, which is a dancing game with a dance mat, which should be some fun exercise.

It's true, you do cycle slower when you are reading. I thought that reading was the solution for a while as well on the exercise bike. Watching TV has about the same effect. Only music seems to get you going if you have a good beat.

Reading is a no-no for hometrainers. Tv in a way is better. In the gym most hometrainers have build in tv, which is handy :)

I'd like to get me a Wii - but not for the games, mostly for the Wii fit - I'm not into games but excercising with a game console sounds like fun :d
